We offer complimentary shipping worldwide — Express Post for Australian orders and Standard International shipping for customers overseas.
Australian Customers
Each ring is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks (including shipping) for your piece to be crafted and dispatched, or ready for collection within Australia.
We’ll keep you updated along the way, you’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed and another once it’s on its way.
Collection from the Bone & Wood Manly Market Stall
If you’ve selected local pickup, your handcrafted ring will be ready to collect from the Manly Markets. You’ll receive an email once it’s ready. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for production.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing (particularly for international orders). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your ring’s journey to you.
Carrier Delays
While we do our best to get your piece to you on time, we’re unable to control delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If anything comes up, we’ll always do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Bone & Wood piece is handmade just for you, which means:
– All sales are final
– We are unable to offer returns or exchanges
We know this is a meaningful purchase, so we recommend taking the time to get your ring size right before ordering. You’re welcome to visit Jason at the Manly Markets in Sydney, or pop into your local jeweller to get sized professionally.
