At Bone & Wood, every piece is made to order with care.

Processing Time & Shipping

Because each ring is handmade to order, please allow up to 14 business days for your piece to be crafted before it is shipped or ready for collection. We'll keep you updated along the way, you'll receive an email once your order is confirmed, and again when it's on its way.

Collection from the Bone & Wood Manly Market Stall

If you've selected local pickup, your piece will be available to collect at the Manly Markets on a Saturday or Sunday, after the 14 business day crafting period. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary express shipping within Australia, and a flat rate of $20 AUD for international orders.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing (particularly for international orders). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your ring’s journey to you.

Carrier Delays

While we do our best to get your piece to you on time, we’re unable to control delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. If anything comes up, we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Bone & Wood piece is handmade just for you, which means:
All sales are final
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges

We know this is a meaningful purchase, so we recommend taking the time to get your ring size right before ordering. You’re welcome to visit Jason at the Manly Markets in Sydney, or pop into your local jeweller to get sized professionally.
